Grill your salmon or other food with our WWOO Salmon Board. It’s made of cedar wood and can be used with your Big Green Egg or BBQ of choice.

To use it, prepare your board the night before by putting it in water.  This is to make sure it is wet enough before you use it on your barbeque. Once the board starts smoking you can put your fish, meat or vegetables on it. If you want to get multiple uses out of your board we advise you to avoid putting the board directly above the flames and to put it a little to the side instead.  You can even add a glass of wine to the water if you want to try something different.
