Measuring is knowing. With the wireless Dual Probe Remote Thermometer, you can measure the core temperature of your ingredient(s) and the inside temperature of your Big Green Egg to the nearest degree. The Dual Probe works with 2 probes and a receiver that you keep with you. When the desired temperature is reached, the receiver automatically gives a signal (up to 91 meters).

This precision instrument in unique EGG shape leaves nothing to chance. That is why the Dual Probe Remote Thermometer has already pre-programmed a number of temperatures for beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry and nine types of game (such as duck and roe deer). Do you want to adjust the temperatures to your personal preference? Then you can. The probes operate up to a temperature of 380°C.
