Nice and versatile is an understatement for the Half conveggtor Stone. Use it together with the 1-piece conveggtor basket as an intermediate layer if you want to cook in two zones, one direct and one indirect. Or as a full convection shield when two are against each other.

Designed as a no-burn zone stone when placed against each other. Provides an optimal workspace. The smaller diameter of the convEGGtor means that food can burn around the edges.
