Nice and versatile is an understatement for the Half convEGGtor Stone. Use it together with the 1-piece convEGGtor basket as an intermediate layer if you want to cook in two zones, one direct and one indirect. Or as a full convection shield when two are against each other.

Designed as a no-burn zone stone when placed against each other. Provides an optimal workspace. The smaller diameter of the convEGGtor means that food can burn around the edges. This is therefore ideal for large cooking quantities at a low temperature, for example chicken wings. In addition, when you use one half to cook in two zones, you get a full half space where you can cook without worrying about burning. The Half convEGGtor Stone is made of Big Green Egg ceramic.

Note: When using the 5-Piece EGGspander Kit, due to its size, a Half convEGGtor Stone occupies the middle layer.
