It is officially called the Big Green Egg Quick-Read Digital Food Thermometer. And then we don’t say a word too much. In a few seconds, it reads the temperature of your leg of lamb or stuffed chicken digitally. Accurate to the degree (up to 300°C!). Handy: it fits in your pocket and you slide it straight into the storage sleeve.

The Quick read thermometer is small and compact. So bring it with you to quickly check whether your venison is already cooked. It switches itself off after 5 minutes to save the batteries (which are included, which is handy).
