Give your Poulet Noir or Bresse chicken a place of honor in your Big Green Egg on the Vertical Poultry Roaster. With the stainless steel Vertical Poultry Roaster, the chicken or turkey stands vertically on the container so that it basks in its own fat. This makes it incredibly juicy on the inside, while it gets a nice crispy crust on the outside. Fat tasty. The Vertical Poultry Roaster is available for chicken (Chicken Roaster) or turkey (Turkey Roaster).

Combine the Vertical Poultry Roaster with the Round Drip Pan to collect juices and fats as the basis for a tasty gravy. Also handy: you cut the chicken much easier when it is still on the Vertical Poultry Roaster. The Chicken Roaster fits in the models Small, Medium, Large, XLarge and XXLarge and the Turkey Roaster in the models Medium, Large, XLarge and XXLarge.
