Description

Grill your salmon or other food with our WWOO Salmon Board. It’s made of cedar wood and can be used with your Big Green Egg or BBQ of choice.

To use it, prepare your board the night before by putting it in water. This is to make sure it is wet enough before you use it on your barbeque. Once the board starts smoking you can put your fish, meat or vegetables on it. If you want to get multiple uses out of your board we advise you to avoid putting the board directly above the flames and to put it a little to the side instead. You can even add a glass of wine to the water if you want to try something different.

There are plenty of options to complete your Big Green Egg and WWOO outdoor kitchen: a sink, wooden storage boxes, wooden cutting boards… the choice is yours! Design and collecet your ultimate outdoor kitchen essentials based on your garden, needs and budget.

This flavorful rub is a versatile all-rounder made with natural ingredients. Ideal for steak, chicken, ribs, and also with vegetables. Rub the product generously with the rub before grilling and you’re ready to go.

Tip: First rub the meat with a little olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Then rub in the African Rub and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
