Delivery costs are calculated when placing the order. No delivery costs for orders over €100 in the Netherlands. Delivery of WWOO accessories within the Netherlands takes approximately three working days.

Return service accessoires
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged/unused and in the original packaging. Send an e-mail to: contact @wwoo.nl. The product can be returned at your own expense to the WWOO headquarters: WWOO BV, Noordervaart 127, 1841 GA Stompetoren. After receiving the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Cancellation policy workshops
Cancellation of a workshop must be made by email, at least thirty (30) days before the start of the workshop. We are unable to refund within thirty days of the workshop date. If you would like to cancel your ticket, please email contact@wwoo.nl with the subject line “Cancellation.”
