When standing, it is a V-rack: suitable for large pieces of meat or (stuffed) poultry that need to be cooked slowly. If you turn the rack over, it is ideal for making spare ribs. The constant airflow around the Ribs and Roasting Rack ensures great results. A must have for carnivores.

You can also use the Ribs and Roasting Rack as a resting platform to get even juicier meat. Tip: combine the rack with the matching rectangular Rectangular Drip Pan. You then collect the frying fat and you immediately have the basis for a tasty gravy. You can lose roasts up to about 5 kilos on the V-rack.
